Nice shot, but could have been better
While my approval meter dropped right back down to zero, it twitched up ever so slightly when I saw the video of Hilary downing a shot of Crown Royal. You can read more about it here. Don't get me wrong, Crown Royal is fine. But why not an American spirit? ... and that concludes my cheeky comment for the day.

I agree it improves her standing, but it would have been even better if: (a) she had ordered it herself, rather than being forced into by the bartender who asked if she'd like a shot to go along with the beer she ordered, and then taking a while to figure out what to shoot, and (b) if she had actually shot it, instead of taking it down in a few sips.
On the other hand, at least she was drinking Crown and a beer rather than telling me why people "cling" to guns and religion.
I agree, Beasty. What's wrong with Turkey? C'mon, barkeep, get it right!
What's wrong with good old bourbon. Doesn't she realize that on this site alone there is a link to Kentucky straight bourbon. Doesn't she visit this site anymore for all it's wisdom
