Cadillac CTS

Acura TL

Lexus ES 350

#1 Merecedes Benz-a classic
#2 Audi-very sharp
#3 Chrysler 300-We'll be mourning your loss. Unbelievable that Chrysler is floundering so badly given how sharp all of their cars have been in the last 10 years.
I guess the missus and I are just Krauts at heart.
1) MB C350
2) BMW 335i
3) Audi A4
What's weird about this, is that before pulling the photos to do a side-by-side, I would've told you my top choices were the Chrysler 300, the Caddy CTS, and probably the Bimmer.
Waiting for a tongue-lashing from the Beast...
I'll go:
Acura
Caddy
Chrysler
FWIW, my missus says:
Caddy
Chrysler
Beemer
From those I pick BMW, CTS, then Audi. However, my top choice (although just below $40K) would be the non-Kraut entry of Infiniti G37 sedan, as seen here.
The G37 is by far the hotness, plus if you get the 'x' model you get combo RWD/AWD.
