You beat me to it, I was just about to post and add Russia to the list.
So let's see. Sep. 17, 2009: Obama buckles to Russian pressure and drops US missile shield in Europe.
Dec. 2009: Putin and Medvedev declare Russia will develop offensive weapons, explicitly to balance power with US.
Yet another well played hand, Pres. Obama. Keep up your apology tour and concessions, that will certainly serve us well.
I can't help but remember the Dangerfield line: "This guy certainly cares a lot... About what, I have no idea!"
