Jacking
This is exactly the kind of thing that makes hunters look like malevolent a-holes, and also can destroy a local population/ecosystem. Exactly the reason hunters started the conservationist movement 125 years ago, pushing for game laws etc., to keep morons like this in line.

He is JABRONI. losing his hunting license privilege for 9 years doesn't seem enough. This kid is a total and complete psycho. This is how it starts, them you find police digging up his back yard looking for evidence. Again JABRONI. also think of the other residents now. If they count on hunting season to put meat in there freezers this tool probably destroyed that likelihood. It'll probably look like Deer Valley up in the Adirondacks now. I feel sort for the residents
