R.I.P. Captain Lou
Captain Lou Albano died today at the age of 76. It brings back lots of childhood memories of nearly killing each other trying to emulate WWF moves.

I think the greatest testimony to his toughness is that he has outlived almost all the wrestlers he managed.
D.C., that was the result of his healthy lifestyle.
