I was reading an article the other day where, among all the other reasons this decision is so wrong, the author pointed out that by the actions of AG Holder it is now in the best interest of terrorists to target US civilians, rather than fight our military. This way, they can receive a trial in the US and enjoy the full rights and protections of an American citizen.
