In a 2 way race, I'd figure that Rudy gets 4% of Fred's 10, 10% of McCain's 13, and 7% of Mitt's 13.
If the balance went to Huck, Rudy would be at 38% and Huck would be at 35%. This thing is an actual race.
Even though it's already December, it might be possible that Huck is peaking too early (ridiculous as that sounds). With little cash on hand, Huck presents a juicy target for negative ads with little ability to respond. Expect Fred and Mitt to go after Huck hard, with ads focused on taxation, Wayne Dumond, and ethics (Huck's Target wish list, etc.). The tax issue is the only one with any meat on the bone, but Huck's well insulated with the most aggressive tax reform proposal out there.
