Romney wins the WV Caucus.

"Good. Our first catch of the day."

(that one was for you, DC)

Actually, did Romney win? My understanding was that WV holds a convention, and since no one got a majority (mitt only got 41%), they are holding a 2nd round of voting. Is there a run-off between Mitt and Huck? How does it work?

Looks like Huck gets WVa. McCain's supporters mostly moved to Huck. Not surprising, since Mitt has been the odd man out and all of McCain/Huck/Fred/Rudy hate Mitt.

FNC has called WV for Huck with 30 delegates at stake.

This site says 30 delegates, but FNC just said 18 delegates for Huck.

Apparently the caucus gives out 18 delegates, with the balance to be decided in a May vote (primary?).

BTW, here's the initial story that led me to the Romney call.
