Senate votes

From Drudge: SENATE SOURCES: DEMS SEE 58 SEATS; EXIT POLLS RELEASED 5:15 PM ET

To be honest, if we can at least avoid a filibuster-proof Senate I'll take that as a win and regroup for 2010/2012.

One other thing I would consider an enormous (but HUGELY unlikely) victory: if Obama ends up winning, but somehow doesn't get more than 50%. Since Barr and Nader are unlikely to play much role in this election, and since I don't see much path for McCain to win popular vote and lose electoral, I can't see how Obama could win with <50% of popular vote. But if he did, it would have to crush talk of "mandate."

And now drudge is saying Obama +15 in early PA exit polls, and up big elsewhere. That's way outside the margin of error for exit polls, even with the Dem lean of these things..
