And a new report shows that the whole global warming scare has been blown way out of proportion.
Sorry, don't have the link but watched a debate about it on Fox News yesterday.
There was actually a pretty good debate on Larry King with the transcript on Newsbusters here.
A friend of mine tried to convince me of the certainty of the global warming problem by pointing out that Al Gore has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. His assertions must be true then, no? So I politely pointed out some of the company he'd be in if he were to win - Yasser Arafat, Jimmy Carter and Kofi Annan. I just learned this morning that Rush Limbaugh has also been nominated for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. I hope my friend doesn't choke on his breakfast when he finds out.
Here's a transcript (with comments) of a good debate on Larry King.
A friend of mine tried to convince me of the certainty of the global warming hysteria's correctness by pointing out that Al Gore has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. I politely pointed out the company he'd be in should he win - Yassar Arafat, Jimmy Carter, Kofi Annan. I also learned this morning that Rush Limbaugh has also been nominated for the same prize this year. I hope my friend doesn't choke on his breakfast when he finds out.
