Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is
Here's an interesting (unsubstantiated?) list of major companies and their political donations.
Waffle House. 100% Republican. Who would have guessed?
In a related topic, I've recently discovered some anti-ACLU non-profits that seem donation worthy:
American Center for Law & Justice
Thomas More Law Center
Alliance Defense Fund

Nice work, beasty. Jay Sekulow (sp?) at the ACL&J was an absolute force during the S.C. confirmation process for Roberts and Alito. I'm sure his organization is great.
WAR Thomas More Law Center!
The Alliance Defense Fund I hadn't heard of before, but it sure looks solid.
BTW, you can't really surprised Waffle House is GOP central, can you? Same goes for Outback. Any restaurants devoted exclusively to unhealthy, fattening food (and large portions of animal flesh is also a plus) is almost guaranteed to be GOP-leaning.
We'll have to keep an honor roll... Looks like I'll be cracking open a Coors and heading to Outback for a steak!
The Waffle House comment was sarcasm, which is hard to convey online. It's no surprise at all since most (or all) of them are in the deep south.
Also don't forget Brown-Forman for the honor roll: Southern Comfort, Jack Daniels, Bushmills
Mmmm...Southern Comfort...
